JV-MailChimp provides a Joomla - MailChimp integration. With JV-MailChimp you can add a 'Subscribe to Newsletter' option in the Joomla user registration form (create account page). We dont have a demo page showing JV-MailChimp in action, as it works with the registration screen and our demo site does not allow new user registrations (to prevent demo site abuse). Hence we have included screenshots of the same below:

JV-MailChimp

  1. Decide the mailing list to subscribe to, and the fields to use from the user registration form for the subscription signup by configuring the plugin in backend.
  2. You can decide to use double opt-in or single opt-in method for subscription signups.
  3. You can set the format of the emails (HTML or Text) that users will receive by configuring the plugin in backend.
  4. Login to backend and map different Joomla user profile fields to your mailing list fields while subscribing.
  5. You can also automatically unsubscribe the user from the mailing list at MailChimp, when that user is deleted in Joomla.
